Plain Sailing were Chris Murphy on guitar and vocals, Paul White
on acoustic guitar, bass and vocals, Wyn Morris on 12 string, flute,  sax, harmonicas and vocals and Mark Batley on drums.

They were a major force in the music scene of Wollongong in the early 1980s and released a single "Crazy Feeling" through Festival records in 1983.

Four other songs were recorded at ATA studios in Glebe including a song "Sail on Home"  which accompanied the winning boat 'Australia II'  in the Americas Cup on its tour of the country.
