at the moment. To purchase, email Paul with your request.

dealing with the plight of refugees in this country for the release of
a CD single to help generate funds to go toward this cause.

Backdoor Refugee:

Land of plenty, bureaucrats

Scarcely any compassionate,

Children waiting for so long

Who can blame them for leaving home

Chorus:

She’s a backdoor Refugee

Lost her home and family

She’s fled the plight of the Taliban

And hopes to find her folks again

Still she waits in no man’s land

Her father told her, as they ran

"Take this money child and pay the man,

Hold your sister, with all you can,

And I’ll see you in a better land"

Chorus:
Bridge:

She's learned to hide, and hold her tongue,

She spent the last year running from the gun,

She has a chance to finally show her face,

But where is her Dad now,

Wouldn’t she be glad now,

Why is she sad when she's made it to this place?

Chorus:

Chorus:
